Traditionally, for woolen spinning, you spin a rolag from one end, and your fibers end up circling around a hollow core as you use a fast longdraw technique. You could spin this with worsted technique, but it would be slow. You'd still get fuzzy, not smooth yarn, but it would be stronger than a traditional woolen.

Pretty, pretty stuff, this batt. It's from Hanks in the Hood, and it's a barely mixed combo of Merino, bamboo and sparkles. I think it's the best way to spin this wool for knitting. It will last a very long time, it is more consistant and will show the stitch definition much better than a true woolen yarn but has all of the bounce and airy lightness of a woolen yarn. This method will also keep the wool from pilling as much if at all.
